Applying for a visa
Since Luxembourg is part of the Schengen area, a Schengen visa is required to travel to Luxembourg.
Visa applications can be submitted at the office of the consular section of the Luxembourg embassy in Moscow situated at:

Documents required
The following documents are required to obtain a visa from the Luxembourg Consulate in Moscow in order to travel to Luxembourg:
The handling period ranges between 3 and 10 working days, unless additional information is requested.
The Consulate may ask for further documentation, and may, if necessary, require an interview with the applicant.
The Consulate recommends applicants not to purchase a non-refundable ticket before their application has been processed and the visa granted.
Fees
Fees are paid for consideration of an application. Payment of a fee does not guarantee issue of a visa. Visa fees are not refundable if an application is refused or withdrawn.
